It’s not therapy. It’s not advice-giving. It’s a space to gain clarity, build confidence, and take intentional action toward the life you want.

Coaching is a focused, collaborative process that creates space for clarity and meaningful change.
We begin by understanding where you are and what you truly want next. Together, we uncover your strengths, motivations, and the inner wisdom that often gets buried beneath expectation and doubt. From that grounded place, we build a strategy supported by intentional action and accountability.
With each session, confidence grows — through steady, purposeful movement forward.

Like you, I have lived a life full of many teachers. Some in the form of wise mentors sharing their gifts and some in the form of things not working out the way I planned. Divorce, cancer, grief, they are all teachers of a kind. My lived experiences, an intensive coaching program and subsequent coaching certification have given me the tools to meet you where you are with empathy and non-judgment. Creating a safe environment that will allow you to explore and untangle the things that keep you stuck.

This is a 20 minute complementary, one on one meeting. We will get to know each other and see if we are the right fit to work together.

I offer 30 minute and 60 minute one on one sessions. We will explore what lights up your soul and what gets in the way of you living the most grounded and peaceful version of your life. You can expect that in each session we will work toward your goals by clarifying, strategizing and implementing a plan that works for you.

This is a focused, foundation building module. Together we will identify a goal, set manageable tasks to accomplish that goal and build confidence and resilience along the way.
Included in the four session intensive:
-Four 30 minute one on one sessions
-Weekly check-ins
-Goal managing tools
-Clarifying worksheets
(sessions to be completed within 8 weeks of identifying the goal)
When I think about accomplishing a goal, I think about a time when I was hiking to the top of Piestewa Peak. If you are from Phoenix, you probably know that great endurance test disguised as a mountain. As I trudged along, I kept looking at the top, thinking to myself “there is no way I am making it all the way, I’ll just turn around.” Over and over I did this, kept looking at the end of the trail and feeling defeated. Then, it occurred to me to look down at my feet and just pay attention to each step. I stopped looking up at the peak, and just looked at where I was.
